-Assume 10-12k lbs per shipment
-Average Tender lead time is 7-10 days
-All floor loaded packaging material freight will be loaded on  53' Dry Vans only- 2 hours free, Typical load time is less than 2 hours
-All loads required to be secured prior to departure of loading facility
-Pick ups are all scheduled by appt
-Loading Facility Hours: TX- 0700-1500, TN 0700-1600, AZ- 0800-1400
-*****Please provide linehaul rates without fuel included.  Fuel will be estimated at the time of the load being tendered based on the fuel surcharge at that time. Republic Plastics utilizes Breakthrough Fuel for their fuel program. You will see estimates by lane in the bid file
-You will also find a Breakthrough Fuel Zero Base Sheet Attached
-Please complete and return by end of day Friday, December 13th, 2024.
-Awarded lanes to commence on January 1st, 2025
-Awarded lanes to expire March 31st,  2025
